WE’RE LOOKING FOR A MUSIC ADMINISTRATION INTERN

We are looking for someone that has a passion for administration and has interest in the music industry. If that’s you, we’ve got an internship available for you! Internships are unpaid and will run from February - May. This is a part-time position. See the requirements below for the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Learning the various aspects of music publishing, including publishing contracts and rights administration

  • Receiving client updates through in-platform interactions

  • Assisting with research and keeping the team updated with the newest industry trends

  • Keeping records and organizing files

  • Troubleshooting errors and conflicts

Requirements

  • Studied at least one college course in Music Industry / Publishing OR equivalent work experience

  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • User knowledge of top streaming platforms

  • Can conduct basic level research

  • Efficient with organizing large amounts of data

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Interest in music industry and artist services

  • You are required to use your own laptop for this position

Job Type

  • Part-time, Internship

  • The selected candidate will be able to work from home and pick their own schedule but must meet weekly deadlines.
